MAKE IT.

  • Ingredients needed

    Green & Raw veg

    Protein - Whatever you like grains.

    Grains

    1 x can chickpeas

    1 tbsp honey

    1tbsp wholegrain mustard

    2tbsp olive oil

    Splash of white wine vinegar

  • The process

    To make the honey & mustard dressing - Add the honey, mustard, oil and vinegar to a bowl.

    To make the bowl - Prep all your veggies - I keep them in small containers that are easy to grab.

    Coat your chickpeas in garlic granules and oil and roast in the oven on a baking tray for about 20 mis until golden all over.

    For a well balanced bowl - you should aim for a third vegetables, a third protein and a third grains. Drizzle with sauce and enjoy.

  • ADDITIONAL INFO

    You can use whatever protein & grains you want. This s great for left overs n the fridge.
